A member asked:

Is it fair to say that i'm not depressed because i always want to eat? or do depressed people also always want to eat?

Change In appetite: While a symptom of depression does not by itself diagnose it. If your appetite changes have been associated with other symptoms like sadness or mood changes, loss of interest/motivation, sleep problems, changes in your energy level and concentration, then you may consider getting assessed for depression.
