However, a great many people with bipolar disorder are affected by their mood in unpredictable ways that they are not able to anticipate. Bipolar disorder : Some folks who had the episodic illness can have some sense of the phase of depression or mania starting usually there are red flags like sleep changes increases irritability intense emotional responses and lot more depending on individuals and course of illness.Mostly family members if observant can see the mood fluctuations coming always consult your psychiatrist may need med adjustment.
