Poss nutrition defic: Just like you get thirsty when your body is dehydrated, you will feel hungry when body needs nutrition. Your diet may be lacking in a particular nutrient ( a vitamin or protein for instance). Make sure your are eating a well balanced diet and take a multiple vitamin daily. If eating 'binges' persist there may be a hormonal or psychologic problem that should be investigated by a specialist.
