Eating Do: If food resembles object that fills emptiness, substitute with something else that does the job, such as engaging in healthy activities that boost confidence and self esteem, meanwhile support and encouragement is provided to help build on strength instead of magnifying weaknesses. Meanwhile, identify triggers for overeating and overcome them.
