Hard to say.: Asperger's disorder is diagnosed on the basis of persistent impairment in social interactions plus odd or restricted interests or behaviors. One must have at least 2 from a list of criteria related to social impairment and 1 related to behavior. These must cause persistent impairment in functioning, and overall cognitive functioning and language has to be normal. A single symptom isn't enough.
