Hycodan (hydrocodone): Basically but not totally. It has hydrocodone and is used as an opioid cough medicine in liquid form it also ha homatropine to prevent potential abuse. Lortab has the hydrocodone but it also has acetaminophen. The latter is easily abused and misused.
