If i have anterior compartment and cold foot when i am sitting, is it better to stand?

YES: Standing may help the flow of arterial blood otherwise you might need further vascular studies like doppler ultrasound, etc.

Yes: If this condition occurs while you are sitting make sure that your knee is well over the edge of the chair. If your knee is compressed into the edge of the seat it will create a decrease of circulation and nerve supply to the lower leg, possibly causing compartment syndrome.
