Neuroma: It is possible to have the interdigital nerve be compressed in that area. This refers to a neuroma. The symptoms may cause pain, numbness and tingling in the toes. Try wearing wider shoes and otc supports. If symptoms persist seek medical care.

Doubtful: Numbness to a single toe is usually from swelling with pressure on a nerve going to the toe.
