Seek treatment: Seek treatment. See your family md or a psychiatrist. Medications can be very helpful. Often, use of meds. With psychotherapy works the best. Exercise regularly, consider yoga, meditation, relaxation, get good sleep.

Make sure you go!: Avoidance is the fuel for anxiety, in many cases. Consequently, going to summer school (and not avoiding any aspect of the experience) might actually be a treatment in itself. The reality is that summer school is interesting, and it can be enjoyable getting to know a few new people. Remember, the problem is the anxiety itself and not the summer school experience, which is safe. Don't give in!
