Yes: They can rule out any medical cause . By prescription of benzodiazepines (valum like drugs). are not effective for anxiety for the medical evidence and they can have untoward side effects and addicrion. If physical aggression and or risk of harm to self or others is on board and then, after the above, the doctor can help referred to a child psychiatrist. Take care
