Troublesome: Leg cramps plague many people and are difficult to treat. Make sure you are well hydrated. Extra calcium sometimes helps as do foods rich in potassium. Stretching exercises before bed help some people. Often cramps are a sign of fatigue - if you're on your feet a lots wear good shoes or orthotics and get a pad to stand on that cushions hard surfaces.
