The one you like: There is no best mattress for cervical spondylitis. The type of mattress depends more on how you sleep, generally softer for side sleepers, firmer for back and stomach sleepers. More important for neck pain is a proper pillow. Generally a thicker pillow for side sleepers to keep your spine in a neutral position. You need to try them out and see what feels best.
