Most likely no: Both sciatic nerve pain and pain from kidney stones can be felt in the back but they are from different causes. Sciatic nerve pain most commonly radiates down the leg.

No: the only link the two have is back pain, but back pain from a kidney stone is different than back pain from sciatica.
