Why do women suffer constipation more often than men?

Constipation: Women tend to have a wider pelvis and a shorter trunk than men. They also have a more complex hormonal cycle, and give birth. They also experience menopause, which drastically alters their hormone cycle. So their anatomy, physiology predisposes women to have more problems with a redundant, floppy colon, outlet obstruction, and pelvic floor disorders.

Women/constipation: Women have more evacuation iossues from men as a result of gradual weakness to their pelvic floor over their lifetime as a result of childbirth etc.
