Use Usual Physiology: Age & many other issues important, yet not stated. If constipation belief correct, ensure not dehydrated, increase intake of materials poorly digested, not absorbed & bind water; e.g. Soluble fiber, dried prunes (have some sugars we cannot digest), enough to work and especially dramatically increase physical activity, walking, running, etc., again enough to work.
