Stretch break.: Sitting for long periods of time engaged in work can suppress the normal urge to move and to rest muscle groups. We also need to reposition ourselves. This leads to aches and pains and to repetitive injuries. People have been shown to blink less often if reading or looking at a monitor. Take a short stretch break every hour and that will go a long way to helping with those aches.
