Not particularly: Turmeric and its constituent curcumin is a wonderful herb with many healing properties- it is anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, thins blood, supports liver detox, protects against cancer & alzheimer's etc. But I do not consider it to be a strong antibiotic.
