How can you get rid of lordosis?

A matter of extremes: The lumbar spine (lower back) has what is known as a lordotic curve, naturally. You do not want to lose the natural curves. You want to get them back to your normal.

You don't want too.: Lordosis is the normal "c" shape to your neck and back. The loss of lordosis is associated with increased back pain. This sometimes happens after very large fusion surgery and is called "flat back syndrome".
