See orthopedic doc: I don't recommend treating yourself with even basic medical devices like braces without talking to a doctor who is knowledgeable on the subject since there might be an underlying disease/injury that needs to be addressed/treated.If cleared by an orthopedic doc, I would recommend physical therapy before a brace.Braces worn all of the time can lead to weakened muscles and increased risk for injuries

Medical supply store: You can get off the shelg braces at medical,supply outlets. You could also get a custom brace from a physiatrist. You should also start a supervised. Physical therapy/ rehab program to address the multple issues that can cause a lordosis. Xrays may also be advisable.
