Several reasons: Majority of the bacteria that cause urinary tract infections (UTI) are bacteria that live in our intestines. Sexual activity can lead to frequent uti, also consider anatomical problems that may exist which have not been diagnosed yet. Most frequently UTI occur due to improper wiping after urination. I would see an urologist to help with this issue.
