"Feetches"=ItchyFeet: Eczema is part of a spectrum of skin sensitivities so maybe, aside from her eczema in the usual locations, her feet are sensitive to something. Maybe some shoes, or socks, or other things her feet contact. Because the skin is so different (thicker, tougher) on the bottoms (soles) of her feet, they may show itchy bumps instead of the usual rash. Have her doctor take a look.
