Quest labs, Labcorp: If you are paying cash any private lab can perform the test. However they will charge far more than they charge the insurance companies so dmand a cash discount to the price they charge medicare which will be the lowest price. Probably still around $200. Insurance companies insist on the much less expensive antibody test. That test requires up to 6 months after last risky exposure to be reliable.
