Hard to do: Although there are some "kits" that can give a total cholesterol level out there, i'd encourage you to work with your doctor on identifying & tx'ing your cardiovasc risks. There is more to cardiovasc risk than just cholesterol. Further cholesterol levels aren't something we follow daily like glucose (sugar) levels. Glad you're thinking about this; suggest you partner w/ your doc though. Good luck!
