Irrigation : First your eye will water and you can try to blink it out. Usually most foreign bodies will work themselves out this way. Then try using artificial tears or an eye wash to flush or irrigate it out. Finally go see your eye doctor as it may have become stuck on the cornea or under the upper lid. Do not rub the eyes.
