Is it bad if eyelashes get in your eye and you can't get them out and they slide down around your eye?

Not BAD: It will cause a sensation of a foreign body in the eye. If you cannot flip the lid and use a moistened q-tip to remove the lash, perhaps you can flush the eye with some eye irrigation. If this fails and you cannot get help with it, then i would recommend you see your pcp or eye care professional for assistance.
