Myokymia: Localized muscle twitching over the eyelids is usually benign and self limited, and can be associated with fatique, eye strain, and lack of sleep. Typically, it is intermittent and quite benign. (very rarely, it involves the face on one side, and if this occurs, see a neurologist).
