A member asked:

Clinically diagnosed hypokalemia periodic paralysis, i've had my lower eye lid twitch but not for 5 days straight. what could this be? what can help?

Unlikely: Hypokalemic periodic paralysis is a rare inherited disorder characterized by episodic generalized muscular weakness. I would be very surprised if this diagnosis is accurate. Your eyelid twitching is probably a fasciculation. This can be caused by stimulant use, among other things. Switch to decaf.
