How to stop my eyes watering so much in the cold air?

Tears: This is a common symptom of dry eye. Using artificial tears before going out in the cold can help. Also consider wearing glasses that block the wind. It is also seen in people with exposure where the eyelids don't adequately protect the eyes. See an ophthalmologist if it becomes a recurring problem.

Dry eye: Your description sounds like dry eye. Initial treatment is frequent artificial tears during the day, ountment at night, warm compresses a few times a day, and omega-3 fatty acid supplements. If no improvement, you should see an eye doctor for further evaluation.
