Most Likely, BUT get: seen by an ER Doc or see an Eye Doc, as you don't want to even chance something going wrong with your eyes. The sooner the better. You need to take Care of your eyes.

Chemacal abrasion: This is likely a chemical conjuntivitis and corneal irritation. That is why cold air bothers eye because it dries out an already irritated cornea. You should use lots of atrificial tears and see an eye doctor as you may need antibiotic drops also.
