Never!: About 60% of migraineurs have pain on one side of the head often behind the eye. The pain is referred or comes from the brain and is not from the eye so removing the eye would do nothing for the migraine. It's just like when people have sciatica and leg pain where the pain is from a pinched nerve in the back.
