Migraine: Yes migraines can do this, but just in case it's not something different, you should have your eyes examined. Rarely Aleve (naproxen) can can cause blurry vision.

Common with migraine: Blurred vision is a common symptom that goes along with migraine. In fact, some people never get a severe headache, but only have visual changes (called ocular migraine). If you have similar severe headaches/episodes of blurred vision twice a month or more, you would likely benefit from a daily prophylactic (preventive) migraine medication. You should also have a brain mri. See a neurologist!
