A member asked:

What is the best place to get glasses for nearsightedness; any recommendations?

Local Optical Shop: Once you have your prescription, glasses can be ordered from a variety of places including mall chains, optical shops, optometrist or ophthalmologist's office, and even the internet. The actual lens cutting is becoming more of a commodity but good customer service for frame fit and aesthetics as well as trouble shooting for problems with vision or specialty lenses will be the best w/ a local shop.
