A member asked:

I can't seem to read a book without my eyes getting tired and my wanting to take a nap?

Chronic Fatigue: If you find yourself dozing off during restful endeavors such as reading you need to reconsider the amount of sleep you are getting at night. Many americans suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome due to lack of restorative nighttime sleep. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep per night. If you do not wake up feeling rested you either are not getting enough sleep or may be suffering from sleep apnea.
