There are way too many possible causes of headaches and tiredness. I would start with your primary care physician. Maybe begin by assessing your sleep, then see a neurologist if the headaches persist. Sleep apnea, allergies, and stress top the extremely long list. Don’t jump to medication until you know what is causing your symptoms.
