No.: There is no real evidence that taking Progesterone or other hormones with cause you to gain weight. 20 years ago when birth control pills were much higher doses of hormones than they are today gained a reputation for creating "water weight" gain ..... But that was patient complaint, not medical evidence. Micronized Progesterone is not likely to contribute to any weight changes you experience.
