How does clomid (clomiphene) affect males?

Like in women...: Clomid (clomiphene) increases the release of lh and fsh hormones from the pituitary gland. These hormones stimulate testosterone and sperm production from the testes, respectively. This tends to only work in men when they have low to normal levels of lh/fsh to start with.
