Not directly: Estrogen is the main cause of breast tenderness, and the reason breast tenderness occurs during puberty, in early pregnancy, and for some women every month. Thyroid hormone can change the amount of binding proteins for estrogen, and at least temporarily change estrogen levels, but would not cause breast problems directly.
