Hello. i have a pain on my upper right shoulder close to me neck which sometimes goes down to my chest and then my breast feel tender. the pain comes and goes. what could it be?

Pain: Sounds mos like some type of neck irritation. The nerves which go to your arm and upper chest are in a nerve group called the brachial plexus. Muscle irritation can irritate these nerves and cause referred pain to chest and arm.
