Determine cause 1st: This could be due to isolated increase in size of the areola or to a mild condition of gynecomastia. Other than csmouflaging with a nipple shield, i would suggest evaluation to determine the cause and possible treatment options which include isolated nipple reduction or gynecomastia repair.
