Nipple Prominence: This may simply be prominent nipples. The treatment is surgical, involving excision of the prominent tissue of the nipples. If there is excessive breast tissue and/or skin as well, liposuction with or without surgical removal of the extra skin may be more appropriate. A consultation with a plastic surgeon may be in order to determine the best diagnosis and treatment plan.
