Abd/pelvic pain: I would strongly urge you to go see your OBGYN specialists as soon as possible, about your Abdominal and pelvic pain. This seems to be a more pressing issue than just Venous prominence in the areola area of the breast. There is a very remote circumstance in which the liver is involved, which would produce prominent veins on abdomen, but you did not give any history supporting this etiology.
