UroGYN exam: Generally a pelvic exam will be done where the doctor will have you "push" down so that she/he can see the bulge that is bothering you as well as look for urinary incontinence. Often they will also check how well your pelvic muscles work as well.

H&P: Likely the doctor will take a history and perform a physical, which may include a pelvic exam, urinalysis and post void residual measurement. You may also be asked to complete a voiding diary either before or after your appointment.
