Belly Fire or Fat: Heartburn: if you lay down or "schlump" 2 hours or less before bedtime, you can get acid reflux. The other problem is that your metabolism isn't revved up when you sleep so those bedtime snacks turn into extra pounds around your tummy.

Several : For one thing you risk gaining weight. Eating before bed is the worst time to eat to maintain a healthy weight . You are also at risk of the food refluxing or coming back up toward your throat that can cause discomfort and over time even possible harm. Not a good healthy habit.
