Aching Testicles: There are multiple causes for aching into the testicles. You can even get varicose veins down there which will cause an aching sensation. Infection can do the same thing. Not very likely to be cancer if both testicles ache. I would say it's time to see a urologist again or perhaps seek a second opinion.
