How does maxolon work?

Maxolon: Maxolon (reglan) is used for nausea & vomiting. It speeds up the emptying of the stomach. Mechanism is by inhibiting dopamine2 receptors, & at higher dose it inhibits serotonin3 receptors, hence prevents nausea.
