Could a pregnancy be missed on ultrasound due to the scar from a previous c-section ?

Usually not: If scarring does interfere with an ultrasound, we usually do a vaginal ultrasound which not only bypasses the scarring; it gives us better resolution and a better scan. It's safe and gives us better ultrasound detail.
