Probably not: Accutane works on acne. There is little to suggest that you would get any significant long term results unless you got an unusual side effect. Accutane does not affect hormones to fix the acne, so it probably will do nothing to treat other hormone related problems.

Who knows???: Accutane has been associated with both hair loss and unwanted hair growth. There are actually a number of things like this in medicine, which i always find fascinating. Non-stertoidals (nsaids), such as ibuprofen, for instance can be associated with constipation or diarrhea.
