Depends: Hemorrhoid flair after surgery or during a time of constipation occurs. This can be uncomfortable and require additional care. Try to increase your oral liquids, (dilute juice, broth, tea), use probiotics and laxatives to achieve 2 soft bowel movements daily. If your hemorrhoids persist it is okay to get evaluated with your doc. Okay to check in with your surgeon.
