Vision loss: There are many diseases that can affect one eye besides m.S., for example stroke, or arteritis or local infections, such as by herpes virus, and others. I suggest you see an ophthalmologist or a neurologist.

Several: Includes, unilateral severe cataract, glaucoma, retinal detachment, other traumata, retinal artery blockade, tumor of eye or optic nerve, giant cell arteritis, orbital infection, herpes simplex optica, neuromyelitis optica, arteritis or vasculitis, to name a few. Optic neuritis may be presentation leading to MS in about 60% of cases.
