Yes: But it usually corrects itself in a few months. I used to use refresh drops 4-5x a day in the beginning.

Yes , above 40yrs: The flap of lasik cuts nerves in the cornea. This takes 6 months to heal. These cut nerves cause dry eyes. Punctal occluders, drops and medications are helpful.
