Yes: But it usually corrects itself in a few months. I used to use refresh drops 4-5x a day in the beginning.

Yes , above 40yrs: The flap of lasik cuts nerves in the cornea. This takes 6 months to heal. These cut nerves cause dry eyes. Punctal occluders, drops and medications are helpful.

Dry eye: Dry eye is common for the first few months after lasik. It typically resolves as you heal from the procedure.
